About

Kogen is an in-development software-building project. Its intended workflow is Shape → Approve → Build → Commit: a person makes the product and UX decisions that define a feature and approves the Intent; Kogen carries the approved Intent through implementation, checks, independent review, and a resulting commit.

The core is under active development and is not yet intended for general use. A demonstration of the full workflow is planned. This site publishes Kogen’s Origins, Notes, and announcements; the homepage describes the current maturity, and linked first-party sources provide implementation details.
